Who processes your data

What we collect
From the contact form: name, work email, company, optional phone and your message. From a conversation with the Vy voice assistant: audio is processed in real time for transcription and response; we retain the text transcript, and your name, company and contact only if you expressly authorize it during the conversation. We also record navigation data when you accept analytics cookies.
What Vy never collects
The assistant is instructed never to collect sensitive personal data — national ID numbers, health information, dependants’ data or banking details. If you mention any spontaneously, it is automatically removed from the transcript before storage.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to you and to let the sales team understand your need before speaking with you. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Who we share with
Only providers necessary to operate the site and the service: LiveKit, OpenAI, SendGrid, Google Analytics (with your consent) and Cloudflare. [PENDING: confirm international transfer basis and processor agreements.]
