Occupational Health & Safety
NR-1 in place and your team trained across every safety standard.
One focus: implementing and running NR-1, with the psychosocial risk assessment and the documented action plan the standard now requires. Alongside it, we train your team across every safety standard in our catalogue — over a hundred courses, with a certificate on completion. Training is in person or online; an employee's first course in a given standard is always in person.

Frequently asked questions
- Is this the former 3Safe?
- Yes. The team, the technical leads and the contracts are unchanged — only the brand changed. During the transition, regulated documents carry a footer referencing the previous legal name, so audits and inspections see continuity.
- What changes with the psychosocial requirement in NR-1?
- Risk management must now identify and address psychosocial factors — workload, hours, harassment, autonomy — the same way it already handles physical or chemical risk. In practice it requires a structured assessment and a documented action plan. It is the change that caught most companies unprepared, and it is exactly what we implement.
- Which standards do you train?
- Every standard in our training catalogue: NR-1, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18, 20, 22, 23, 26, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 37. Plus courses such as fire brigade, first aid, safety week, data protection and 5S — over a hundred in all, with a certificate on completion and games and simulators for retention.
- Can the training be online?
- Yes, with one exception we do not bend: an employee's first course in a given standard is delivered in person. Refreshers, periodic courses and add-ons can be online.
