Cyber Insurance

Financial protection for the day the attack happens.

A cyber attack costs money before anything else: forensics, lawyers, systems down, ransom and fines. Zurich's cyber insurance, brokered by Vyttech, covers those costs and puts a 24/7 incident-response team to work within the first 48 hours. It fits companies with annual revenue between one hundred thousand and fifty million reais, and you build the quote in minutes right here, with Vy — by voice or by text.

What's included

  • 24/7 incident response: forensics, IT, legal and communications
  • Lost revenue, data recovery and hardware replacement

  • A quote in minutes with Vy, no figures before the insurer's review

Frequently asked questions

Who can buy it?
Companies based in Brazil with annual revenue between R$ 100 thousand and R$ 50 million — from retail and manufacturing to consultancies, clinics, law firms and tech companies. Some activities are excluded, such as financial institutions, e-commerce, telecom and AI developers; Vy checks that during the quote.
What does the policy cover?
Incident management costs, emergency expenses, lost revenue, data restoration, cyber extortion, hardware replacement, privacy, security and electronic-publishing liability, and regulatory proceedings, including LGPD. Limits range from R$ 500 thousand to R$ 15 million, depending on revenue.
How does the quote work?
You talk to Vy, by voice or by text. She looks up the company registration, asks the insurer's ten acceptance questions and assembles the request, which reaches our team already filled in. The team comes back with Zurich's proposal; the insurer has up to 15 days to assess the risk. No figures are quoted before that.
What happens when there is an attack?
You call Zurich's incident-response centre, run by Crawford, at any hour. Forensics, IT, legal and communications specialists step in within the first 48 hours, and the policy covers their costs and the emergency expenses. The deductible is 10% of the loss, with a minimum set in the policy.
